Philly Woman Charged After Trenton Toddler Shoots Himself In Head: Police A 30-year-old woman from Philadelphia has been charged in connection with a 3-year-old boy shooting himself in Trenton, authorities said. The boy suffered a graze wound to the head after the self-inflicted shooting on Tuesday, Aug. 29. Chante Odom was charged on Wednesday, Aug. 30, with endangering the welfare of a child and weapons offenses. She did not have a permit to carry a weapon in New Jersey or Pennsylvania, police said. Odom was described by police as a friend of the boy's family. The shooting occurred Tuesday at 10:45 a.m. on the 156 block of Phillips Avenue in Trenton. The …
