Vincent Palacios had previously pleaded guilty to aggravated manslaughter in the death of Michelle Castillo, a 24-year-old Weehawken resident, Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez said. On June 19, 2021, Weehawken Police responded to 561 Hudson Ave. and found Castillo unresponsive in the bathroom, Suarez said.
