Irvington Woman Fatally Struck By Truck On Route 80: Njsp A 27-year-old Irvington woman was fatally struck by a truck while she was standing by her disabled vehicle on the shoulder on Route 80 in Warren County on the morning of Monday, April 8, authorities said. At 8:21 a.m., a Honda was parked and disabled on the right shoulder of I-80 in Hardwick Township when a tractor trailer traveling east struck Valdaishi Simpkins, Jeffrey Lebron, a spokesman for the New Jersey State Police said.
