Michael Doyle, 31, of Tuckerton, was heading east on BlackHorse Pike when he ran the light at English Creek Avenue and struck Anthony Swezeny, of Egg Harbor Township, local police said. Swezeny was trying to cross the Black Horse Pike from the south to north side when he was hit by Doyle in a 2003 Honda CRV, police said. Doyle then struck a 2021 Chevy van, authorities said. Gina Marie Krasley, of Tuckerton, died at home on Aug. 1 surrounded by family, her obituary says. A Galloway native, Krasley loved to dance and had a passion for inspiring others on TikTok -- proving "dancing has no size limit," her obit reads. She hoped to one day open a dance studio for children with special needs. Services will be held on Aug. 8 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Maxwell Funeral Home in Little Egg Harbor.

Small Earthquake Shakes South Jersey A small earthquake rattled parts of South Jersey Wednesday morning, authorities said. The tiny temblor was a 2.4 magnitude quake, according to the U.S. Geological Survey. Numerous 9-1-1 calls from people who felt the earthquake came into Ocean County police agencies starting at 7:52 a.m., initial reports said. The earthquake was centered about two miles south of Tuckerton and 15 miles from Atlantic City, reports said.  The light tremors caused minimal damage and no reported injuries, the USGS said.
