An authentic Italian bakery in Hudson County will be opening a third location. Prato Bakery is coming to 150 Bay Street. Prato's other stores are on Newark Avenue (Jersey City) and Washington Street and 2nd Street in Hoboken. The bakery opened on 4th Street in Jersey City in 2015, after four years in New York City's West Village.
