A Hackensack man who works at Teterboro Airport was busted on child endangerment charges, authorities said. Reynaldo Ariel Tarquino was arrested on his 29th birthday last Friday, Jan. 5, after being reported to law enforcement authorities by the state Division of Child Protection and Permanency, Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella said on Wednesday, June 10. For residents in the Pascack Valley region, the noise from private planes flying into Teterboro Airport has become a quality of life issue. Taxpayers for Airport Noise Solutions (TANS) is a new organization that has formed to give a voice to those grievances. A tractor-trailer downed two utility poles -- and with them two transformers -- Tuesday morning outside the Teterboro Municipal Building on westbound Route 46. Utility workers said they expect power to the building to remain out for the day and that it would likely be "well into the evening" before their work is completed, authorities said.
