Jersey City's Tacoria Expands With Sixth Location To Bergen County A popular New Jersey Mexican eatery run by a pair of Rutgers University graduates is coming to Paramus. Tacoria will be located inside of the Paramus Crossroads shopping center on the southbound side of Route 17. The eatery is expected to open this month or next. Jersey City's Tacoria Expands To Morristown Tacoria has opened in Morristown. This is the restaurant's fifth location, with others in New Brunswick, Montclair, Jersey City and Princeton. The self-proclaimed Mexican street kitchen lets customers design their own meals with build-your-own options for burritos, salads, quesadillas, nachos or tacos. Toppings include citrus grilled chicken, steak, pulled pork, avocado, Brussels sprouts and more.
