Jesus Suazo hurt the victim during an argument before police were flagged down on 23rd Street and Bergenline Avenue in Union City around 7:50 p.m., Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez said. Belleville Man, Newark Teen Arrested In Shooting Of 13-Year-Old Boy A Belleville man and 17-year-old Newark resident were arrested in a shooting that injured a 13-year-old boy in Newark. Officers responding to a shooting on the 100 block of Wakeman Avenue found the victim with a gunshot wound to his right leg and applied a tourniquet around 7 p.m. June 11, Newark Public Safety Director Brian A.
