Update: Pickup Driver Wanted In Fatal Hudson County Hit-Run Turns Himself In The 19-year-old driver wanted in a hit-and-run that killed a 35-year-old woman turned himself in after 10 days at large, authorities said Thursday. A warrant for the arrest of David Ceausu, 19, of Baltimore, on charges of leaving the scene of an accident resulting in death was issued after the Secaucus crash July 6, Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez said.
