One person was injured and six people were displaced following an apartment fire in Jersey City on the afternoon of Monday, April 15, authorities said. Firefighters arrived at 290 Webster Ave and found a working fire in an apartment on the third floor, which caused extensive damage, Kimberly Wallace-Scalfione, a spokeswoman for the mayor's office said.
