Murder: Trio Charged In Quintuple Jersey City Shooting
Three men have been charged with murder in a 2020 shooting that wounded four men and left one dead in Jersey City, authorities said.
Lamont Wiggins, 25, Sheldon Mays, 23 and Jermaine Jennings, 22, were charged with murder in the first degree, multiple counts of attempted murder, and various weapons charges in connection with the June 2020 incident on Union Street, Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez said.
Jersey City officers responding to the scene between Martin Luther King Drive and Ocean Avenue and found multiple victims, including city resident Scott Colclough, Suarez said.

Trio Charged With Murder In 2019 Jersey City Shooting
Three individuals have been charged with murder in connection with a 2019 shooting, authorities in Hudson County announced.
Austin Be-Kwao, 25, Malcolm Horton, 36, and Khadijah Neal, 36, all of Newark, have been arrested in connection with the Sept. 3, 2019 shooting death of 31-year-old Lawrence Reid in Jersey City, Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez said.
Reid was found having suffered a gunshot wound on Wegman Parkway between Bergen Avenue and Martin Luther King Drive around 12:50 a.m., Suarez said.

Third Man Charged In April Killing Of Jersey City Girl, 17
A third individual was charged in the April shooting death of a 17-year-old girl in Jersey City, authorities announced Saturday.
Jeremy Perez, age 22, was arrested near Danforth Avenue and Old Bergen Road on Dec. 4 around 6:45 p.m., Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez said.
Perez was charged with the April 1 killing of 17-year-old Stephanie Jacquez, and the attempted murder of an 18-year-old man, Suarez said.
Darby Shirden, age 20, and Shaquan Rush, were previously arrested and charged in connection with the incident.

2 Charged In Jersey City Shooting That Killed Teen Girl, Injured Man
A pair of Jersey City men were arrested in a shooting that killed a teen girl and injured an 18-year-old man, authorities said.
Darby Shirden and Shaquan Rush, both 20, were charged with fatally shooting Stephanie Jacques, 17, near Martin Luther King Drive and Forrest Street April 1, Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez said.
They were also charged with injuring the man, who sustained gunshot wounds to his lower body, Suarez said.
Shirden was arrested Tuesday night and Rush on Wednesday morning, authorities said.
