The sexual assault occurred inside a building on Martin Luther King Drive in Jersey City, Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez said. Doe was known to the victim, Suarez said.  Doe was charged with numerous counts of sexual assault and was arrested at the Hudson County Prosecutor's Office in Secaucus.
