Police Looking For Armed Robbery Suspect In Newark Police are asking the public's help locating and identifying the person seen in the attached photo in connection with an armed robbery.  Around 10 a.m. Aug. 4, someone got out of a dark-colored older model car in the 400 block of Halsey Street and robbed a man at gunpoint. Jorge Rios, 33, was arrested after the body of 45-year-old nanny Caroline Cano was pulled from a lake in Lincoln Park, the Hudson County Prosecutor's Office announced Sunday morning.
