Arsonist Torches $1,400 Baby Stroller Outside Bayonne Daycare, Then Approaches Police: Cops A 37-year-old Jersey City woman was charged with arson for setting an expensive baby stroller on fire outside of a Bayonne daycare center, authorities said. Surveillance footage captured Khaliyah Bordeaux approaching the $1,400 stroller outside of the Lauren Wendroff Early Children's Academy, at 1050 JFK Blvd., around noon on Monday, Dec. 4, Bayonne Police Capt. Eric Amato said in a release. Bordeaux set the stroller on fire and then fled the scene, police said.
