The blaze at a fire at 5222 Bergenline Ave., located above the Marin Pharmacy, broke out around 5:30 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 23, Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez said. Footage posted to the Citizen app shows shooting through a window of a building at the corner of 53rd Street. At 5 a.m.  North Hudson Regional Fire and Rescue was notified of a fire at an apartment above 6213 Bergenline Avenue, Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez said. Upon arrival, first responders found heavy smoke coming from a bedroom within the apartment, Suarez said.  While firefighters were battling the blaze, they found Adrian Hernandez-Bienes unresponsive in the bedroom, Suarez said.
