NJ Broadway Stage Manager Killed By Train Thomas Gates, the stage manager of a Tony-nominated Broadway show and New Jersey resident, was struck and killed by a train this week. Gates, 51, was struck by Morris and Essex Line train 6324 on Wednesday, May 8 at 9:12 a.m. at the South Orange station, NJ Transit officials confirm. 'Security Issue' Diverts Flight From Newark To LA, FAA Says A United Airlines flight from Newark to Los Angeles International Airport was diverted to Chicago on the morning of Wednesday, Feb. 21, authorities said. Amber Lancaster and Nicole Hanna met on the show and went on to work together at Allegory and Alto at the MC Hotel in Montclair.
