An 18-year-old Bloomfield resident is in stable condition after he was shot in Montclair on Monday, April 1, authorities said. Deidre Moses, a 28-year-old woman who previously lived in Bloomfield, was arrested last month in Las Vegas for shooting a man in Newark in August, authorities said.
