Jersey City Corner Store Employee Sexually Assaulted Teen Customer, Prosecutor Says A 21-year-old Jersey City man was arrested for sexually assaulting a teen girl, authorities said. Amaury Deleon Cabrera met the 15-year-old girl when she came by the Bergen-Lafayette shop where he worked, Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez said. The two then went to Berry Lane Park on multiple occasions where the assaults occurred, Suarez said. Deleon Cabrera was arrested at the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office in Jersey City just before 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 3. Jersey City Man Accused Of Kidnapping Boy, 14, From Local Park To Sexually Assault Him A Jersey City man invited a 14-year-old boy back to his apartment where he barricaded and sexually assaulted him just moments after meeting him at a local park, authorities said Saturday. The teen met Robert Harper, 54, at Berry Lane Park on Wednesday, March 24, Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez said. The two went back to Harper's Union Street apartment together, where Harper barricaded the teen inside and sexually assaulted him, Suarez said.
