Seen HIM? Authorities Seek Man Charged In Jersey City Killing

Authorities are seeking the public's help in locating a 31-year-old Jersey City man charged with murder and attempted murder.

Damien Morgan, 31, of Jersey City is considered armed and dangerous, authorities say.

Damien Morgan, 31, is accused of fatally shooting Davon Deloach on Fulton Avenue last November, Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez said.

Deloach was taken to Jersey City Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.

Morgan, meanwhile, suffered a non life-threatening wound to one of his legs in the incident. He was found on Van Cleef Street after the incident. He was treated for his injuries at Jersey City Medical Center and released, authorities said.

Morgan is also facing attempted murder and several weapon charges from another shooting that happened just hours earlier, the prosecutor said.

All information will be kept confidential. Morgan should not be approached and he should be considered armed and dangerous.
