Cashmere Mudayh met the girl at a light rail station in Jersey City on Monday, April 18, then brought her back to his Fulton Avenue apartment, Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez said. Seen HIM? Authorities Seek Man Charged In Jersey City Killing Authorities are seeking the public's help in locating a 31-year-old Jersey City man charged with murder and attempted murder. Damien Morgan, 31, is accused of fatally shooting Davon Deloach on Fulton Avenue last November, Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez said. Deloach was taken to Jersey City Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead. Morgan, meanwhile, suffered a non life-threatening wound to one of his legs in the incident.
