New Jersey State Police said the Freightliner collided with a Nissan passenger car, causing the truck to flip just after 5:10 p.m. on the northbound side on the Interchange 15W ramp in Kearny.
As of 8:35 p.m., all lanes were closed, the NJDOT said. The crash remains under investigation and minor injuries were reported.
