A lifelong Jersey City resident, Collazo was renowned for his craftsmanship and skills as a mechanic, his obituary reads.
He was an avid movie buff who was devoted to his dogs, Jax, Chicklet and Pepe, according to his obituary.
He is survived by his mother, Grace, his siblings, Debbie, Richard and Thomas and several nieces and nephews.
