Hackensack PD: Instagram Leads To Arrest Of Mall Shoplifter Hackensack detectives arrested a 25-year-old man with warrants in other jurisdictions on shoplifting charges after he posted an advertisement on his own Instagram page, authorities said. Shantiek Armstrong of Newark was identified by a Hackensack detective investigating shoplifting incidents, who noticed an ad on his Instagram page saying that he'd be at an Irvington event on Feb. 10, Captain Peter Busciglio said.
