Investigators: Paterson Man, 19, Shot, Killed In Poconos Over Alleged $100 Debt
UPDATE: A Pennsylvania man claimed he shot and killed a Paterson teen in the Poconos over an alleged $100 debt, authorities said after arresting him and an accused accomplice.
Tyrone Michael Parson, 19, of Stroudsburg lured Jaheem Keith Alston, also 19, into a purported drug deal before pulling out a gun and firing several shots at him on Oct. 16, according to Pennsylvania State Police.
Alston's body was later found in a wooded area of Middle Smithfield Township, about 15 minutes west of the Delaware Water Gap, they said.

A now-former Lodi High School teacher admitted that he collected $550,000 worth of compound medications through bogus claims to an employee benefit program.
Jason Nardachone, 51, of Nutley bribed three other teachers $500 a month each to obtain compounded medications that they, like him, didn’t need, Acting U.S. Attorney Rachael A. Honig said.
Some of the unnecessary compounded medications – for vitamins and pain and scar creams -- cost the New Jersey School Employees’ Health Benefits Program (SEHBP) $3,300 to $22,800 apiece, she said.

A Lodi High School social studies teacher ran a scam that billed a state employees' health insurance program more than $550,000 for unnecessarily prescribed metabolic vitamins and special creams for himself and three colleagues, a federal grand jury indictment charges.
Jason Nardachone, 45, of Nutley, "bribed the three other teachers with monthly payments of $500 in exchange for their agreement to obtain compounded medications they did not need," U.S. Attorney Craig Carpenito said.
