Franklin Lakes Massage Therapist Charged With Rubbing Client Wrong Way
A Franklin Lakes massage therapist was charged with sexually assaulting a customer, authorities said. Kewin Sepulveda, 29, of Paterson “engaged in sexual activity with an individual while giving a massage” at the Hand and Stone Spa in the Franklin Crossing shopping center off Franklin Avenue, Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella said. The alleged victim went to Franklin Lakes police, who notified his office, the prosecutor said. A teenage boy was killed Thursday night in a ferocious, fast-moving house fire in Midland Park. UPDATE: Boy, 16, ID'd As Victim Killed In Midland Park Fire Two other victims were hospitalized in the blaze, which apparently ignited on the first floor of the two-family home on Franklin Avenue home next to the borough public library shortly after 6:30 p.m. Feb. 2. Bee Stings Knock Man, 20, Unconscious In Ridgewood
A 20-year-old man who was attacked by bees in Ridgewood was revived before being taken to the hospital, authorities said. The victim was unconscious but breathing, Police Chief Jacqueline Lutchke said after he was stung multiple times in the area of the Stop & Shop shopping center on Franklin Avenue shortly after 10:40 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 21. "After receiving epinephrine he did begin to regain consciousness and was transported to The Valley Hospital for treatment," the chief said.
