Driver, 37, Killed In I-287 Crash (Update) A 37-year-old man was killed in an early-morning crash on I-287 Sunday, March 22, authorities said. Attem Petiukh, of Wharton, was driving a Honda SUV north when the vehicle struck the rear of a Volvo tractor-trailer parked on the right shoulder at 4:18 a.m. on I-287 north near milepost 35.8 in Morristown, according to Trooper II Christopher Postorino. The crash occurred as the Honda was negotiating a left curve in the roadway, Postorino said. Petiukh died as a result of the crash.  No other injuries were reported at the scene, according to authorities.
