Driver Climbs Out After Rollover Crash In Wayne
No serious injuries were reported in a rollover crash on New Year's Eve in Wayne. The 2020 Honda Accord apparently struck a decorative boulder on the side of Garside Avenue near Langdale Road and rolled shortly before 1:30 p.m. Wayne firefighters responded and the driver got out OK. Police temporarily closed the road while Camps Towing righted and removed the vehicle. Jo Fehl took the photo for Daily Voice and contributed to this story.

UPDATE: Police investigating a bullet fired into a Haworth home are reviewing a video that shows two gunshots coming from a passing vehicle. Two vehicles that appear to be sedans had emerged from a side street onto Sunset Avenue near the White Beeches Golf and Country Club at 4:50 a.m. Sunday, Lt. Justin Fox said on Monday, Dec. 19. A 65-year-old man from New Jersey was killed and 16 were injured when a car crashed into an Apple Store in Massachusetts, authorities confirmed. A state arbitrator has ruled that a Montclair middle school principal fired over a Zoom video he played for teachers can return to his job, his lawyer tells various news outlets. Joseph Putrino, the former Renaissance at Rand principal, was put on administrative leave in 2020 when he apparently played a YouTube skit of a comedian yelling about remote learning. Missing Swimmer Pulled From Water Off Jersey Shore (

A missing swimmer was pulled from the waters off the Jersey Shore Saturday, Sept. 10, sources with direct knowledge of the incident tell Daily Voice. It was not immediately clear if the swimmer survived. The incident occurred in Loveladies sometime in the afternoon. Long Beach police did not immediately respond to Daily Voice's request for comment placed Sunday morning.
