MAYWOOD, N.J. -- A Maywood man who told police his foot got stuck on the gas pedal slammed his SUV in reverse through his fence and into a parking lot next door, where it hit two cars before landing on its side.

Photo Credit: GoogleMapsThe 60-year-old driver wasn't injured and didn't receive any summonses after his Mitsubishi barreled into the parking lot of an East Central Avenue rooming house around 6:50 a.m., Police Chief David Pegg told Daily Voice.
"He said his foot got stuck on the gas pedal," Pegg said.
