Prosecutors offered Sandra and Mark Pelicot, both of Main Street, deals of six to 12 years following an earlier indictment on charges of operating a marijuana production facility, having more than five pounds of pot with the intent to distribute it; having more than an ounce with the same intent on the property of Three Saints Preschool and possession of $161,435 in cash that authorities want forfeited.

A new indictment returned Friday adds charges Mark Pelicot, 31, with distributing marijuana to a 30-year-old New Jersey University student twice on Three Saints property on May 29, 2013.

That man was ought on bail after Hudson County sheriff’s officer busted him for having two pounds of marijuana and $12,000 in alleged drug proceeds in his Jersey City apartment a year earlier.

Pelicot’s arrest violated probation for a 2011 burglary conviction. He was offered a 12-year sentence this time, with parole eligibility after six.

Prosecutors offered 49-year-old Sandra Pelicot a plea deal that would send her to state prison for six years, with parole eligibility after three.

Mark Pelicot remained free on $150,000 bail, posted two weeks after the arrests.

Sandra Pelicot posted $100,000 and was released a week earlier.
