Prosecutor: Central Jersey Dealer Sold Fatal Heroin/Fentanyl Dose To Morris County Victim, 25 A man from Monmouth County has admitted to selling a fatal dose of heroin to a 25-year-old woman from Morris County, killing her, authorities said. Lateef Reevey, 31, of Long Branch, pleaded guilty on Thursday to first-degree strict liability for drug-induced death, according to Monmouth County Prosecutor Christopher J. Gramiccioni. The charges stem from an overdose death that took place last February in Tinton Falls, Gramiccioni said.
