US Marshals Arrest Trenton Fugitive, 25, In Fatal Headshot U.S. Marshals and a Trenton SWAT team arrested a 25-year-old fugitive in a fatal daytime shooting, authorities said. Ravel Stokes, 25, was apprehended on Friday morning and is charged with first-degree murder, second-degree possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose and second-degree unlawful possession of a weapon, according to Mercer County Prosecutor Angelo J.
