Police ID Electric Bicyclist Struck, Killed In Crash On Jersey Shore The 33-year-old rider of an electric bicycle struck and killed by a vehicle in Toms River has been identified, authorities said. Michael Cerrachio of Little Egg Harbor reportedly swerved into traffic before the fatal crash on Wednesday, Sept. 27, Toms River police said.
