A 19-year-old Bucks County driver has been charged in a Philadelphia crash that killed a pedestrian, authorities said — even more troubling, he was arrested last October. Speeding Dodge Charger That Killed Pedestrian In Philly Found In South Jersey
A man in his 40s was struck and killed by a speeding Dodge Charger involved in a street race in Philadelphia, authorities said. Two suspects in the hit-and-run crash were later arrested in Pennsauken, NJ, police in Philadelphia said. The pedestrian, who was not identified, was pronounced dead at 12:25 a.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 22 by a medic.
