South Jersey Burglar Busted Hiding Under Sink With Resident's Panties: Police A burglary suspect was found by police hiding under a kitchen sink with the victim's panties, authorities said. A search of the suspect's vehicle also turned up underwear and mail from other burglary victims, they said. Jorge L.
