Woman Takes Off Running After Causing 3-Car Chain Reaction Crash In Ocean County, Police Say
A house and shed were damaged following a 3-car chain reaction crash caused by a speeding and wild driver Monday night in Ocean County, authorities said. Manchester police responded to County Route 571 and Lockhart Street where two of the three vehicles had slammed into a home around 11:05 p.m. Officers found a 2005 Toyota Tacoma on the front lawn of 1764 Lockhart St., with extensive front end and rear end damage. : Video Shows Jersey Shore Detective Save Choking Girl's Life With Heimlich Maneuver
A police officer sprung into action to save a choking girl he at a local cafe near the Jersey Shore -- and it was all caught on video (scroll down for video). Manchester Det. Richard Jupinka was on-duty grabbing lunch at Café Napoli when he noticed the young girl was choking on July 14. Realizing the girl's life was in danger, Jupinka went over the to girl's table as her uncle unsuccessfully attempted the Heimlich maneuver, police said.
