A 19-year-old man from Philadelphia was arrested with a handgun in Atlantic City, authorities said. On Sunday June 11, at 3:53 p.m., Sergeant Garry Stowe learned that there was a man in the beach block of New York Avenue in possession of a handgun, police said.
