South Jersey Fugitive Arrested By US Marshals In Fatal Shooting: Prosecutor U.S. Marshals have arrested a 21-year-old fugitive from Camden in connection with a fatal shooting, authorities said.  Isaac Santiago was charged with first-degree murder in the Dec. 27, 2023, death of Esterlin Torres, 35, of Pennsauken, according to Camden County Prosecutor Grace C. MacAulay and Camden County Police Chief Gabriel Rodriguez. He also was charged with weapons offenses. Camden Man, 48, Killed In Weekend Shooting A 48-year-old Camden man was shot dead, authorities said. The victim was identified as Jamal Scott, according to Camden County Prosecutor Grace C. Man, 36, Shot Dead In Camden: Prosecutor A 36-year-old man was shot dead in Camden, authorities said. Julian Dickerson of Camden was found fatally wounded on Thursday night, Sept. 28, according to Camden County Prosecutor Grace C. MacAulay alongside Camden County Police Chief Gabriel Rodriguez.
