South Jersey Fugitive Arrested By US Marshals In Fatal Shooting: Prosecutor U.S. Marshals have arrested a 21-year-old fugitive from Camden in connection with a fatal shooting, authorities said.  Isaac Santiago was charged with first-degree murder in the Dec. 27, 2023, death of Esterlin Torres, 35, of Pennsauken, according to Camden County Prosecutor Grace C.
