East Fishkill Lawmaker Calls Gap Inc. Bid For More Tax Subsidies 'Obscene' FISHKILL, N.Y. -- A state lawmaker is leading the charge against more tax subsidies for Gap Inc., the company whose enormous distribution center in Fishkill went up in flames last year.
