Changzhu Lu, 42 and Tung Wong, 57, both Brooklyn residents were spotted by the officer picking up a package from a porch of a home on the 1700 block of Dill Avenue, police said. Ex-Mail Carrier In Jersey City Admits Stealing Credit Cards A former mail carrier who worked in Jersey City admitted stealing credit cards sent via the U.S. Post Office, the U.S. Attorney's Office said.  Jaquan Miller, a 30-year-old Bloomfield resident, was working out of the Hudson City Station post office when  he began taking the cards from the mail in the summer of 2017.  For the next year, Miller handed the stolen cards to individuals including Moussa Dagno and Olagoke Araromi, who bought electronics and other items with the cards.
