Elizabeth Man Gets 30 Years In Slaying Of Woman An Elizabeth man who killed one woman and then tried to murder a second woman has been sentenced to 30 years in prison, the Union County Prosecutor's Office said.  Arlie Rodriguez, 47, previously pleaded guilty to killing Patricia Parnham-Hayward, 48, to death at her apartment in May 2013. Her body was found with a garment wrapped around her neck, authorities said.  Rodriguez had spoken to her on the phone shortly before visiting the apartment.
