A vehicle and a school bus collided Thursday morning in Belleville, developing reports say.
CPR was apparently being performed on the driver of a passenger car as of 8:50 a.m., unconfirmed reports say.
The incident occurred on Franklin Avenue, and students were apparently on board at the time.
