Photos Released Of Newark Stabbing, Shooting Suspect
Newark police seek the public's help identifying the pictured suspect in connection with a stabbing and shooting that occurred on Saturday, Oct. 15. At approximately 4:50 p.m., Newark police responded to the 300 block of Lyons Avenue on a call of shots fired. Responding officers found a juvenile stabbing victim who was taken to University Hospital for treatment. He is reportedly in stable condition. No other injuries have been reported. 'Sock Brick' Assault Suspect Wanted Out Of Newark
Authorities in Newark are seeking the person who hurled a brick inside of a sock at a victim, who then was threatened with a handgun flashed from inside a vehicle, they said. The incident occurred around 6:10 p.m. near Lyons Avenue and Osborne Terrace during an argument Wednesday, Aug. 10, Newark Public Safety Director Fritz G. Fragé said. TikTokers are putting a Pennsylvania restaurant on blast for apparently using its Facebook page to promote the distribution of unproven COVID-19 treatments. Taste of Sicily's social media manager Christine Mason has been posting videos to the Palmyra restaurant's social media page saying she has "H" or "I" -- Ivermectin and Hydroxychloriquine, Fox43 reports.
