Pedestrian Critical After Being Struck By Drunk Driver In Vineland: Police A 51-year-old man from Vineland is in critical condition after being struck crossing the road by an alleged drunken driver, authorities said. Richard Earl III, 40, of Vineland, was driving a Ford Transit Van northbound on North Main Road near East Landis Avenue shortly before 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 29 when Gurmeet Singh was struck, according to Vineland Police.
