Dutchess County Man Charged With Felony Larceny In Putnam CARMEL, N.Y. -- A Putnam County grand jury has indicted an ATM maintenance man from Wappingers Falls for allegedly withdrawing more than he should have from the machines. The indictment alleges Dean P. Mogan “systematically and routinely failed to deposit portions of cash he was responsible for using to fill the ATMs,” said the district attorney in a statement. Mogan, 61, is accused of stealing around $500,000 between January 2011 and June 2012, as well as from January to September 2013. Mogan was indicted on 15 counts, ranging from grand larceny to felony and misdemeanor criminal tax fraud…
