Chef Michael Schulson’s Izakaya restaurant at Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa will close on Jan. 1 after 15 years in business, Schulson has 12 restaurants around the country. He year, he plans to open new restaurants in Atlantic City, Philadelphia, New York City and Miami.
