2,800 Bags Of Heroin Seized In Cape May County Arrest: Prosecutor A 32-year-old man from South Jersey has been arrested for selling heroin, authorities said. Jorge A. Aviles, of Rio Grande, was charged with numerous drug and weapons offenses, according to Cape May County Prosecutor Jeffrey H. Sutherland and Chief Jennifer Pooler of the Middle Township Police Department.  As part of a warranted search of Aviles' home on Route 47, about 2,800 bags of heroin were seized along with $753 cash and a dagger, Sutherland said. On Wednesday, May 17, at approximately 6:40 a.m., the Middle Township Police Department responded to Fulling Mill Road (Route 654) in the Rio Grande section of Middle Township for a report of a motor vehicle accident involving a pedestrian.
