Kevin Thomas, 45, was found on his front lawn of 253 Neptune Dr., with serious burns, and airlifted to Temple Burn Center in Philadelphia after the explosion that turned into a fire ravaged his house, Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D. Jeydon Lowe pleaded guilty to vehicular homicide and DWI on Jan. 17, and was sentenced before Superior Court Judge Linda G. Baxter, Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D. Billhimer said.
