Speeding Pennsylvania Driver, 29, Charged Crash That Killed NJ Grandmother A Pennsylvania man has been charged in connection with a fatal high-speed crash in South Jersey, authorities said. Theresa Karbach, 69, of Cherry Hill, died as a result of injuries from the crash in Lawnside on May 13 at about 9:30 p.m., according to Camden County Prosecutor Grace C. MacAulay. Anwar Parham, 29, of North Wales, PA, was charged with death by auto, driving with a suspended license and assault by auto, MacAulay said. She was 29 years old. London had her own clothing and fashion line, her obituary said. She was remembered for her "love of life, vibrant energy, and disarming humor," among other qualities. More than $7,300 had been raised as of Friday, July 8 on a GoFundMe for her family.
