PA Man Seriously Injured After Girlfriend Driver Over Him With Car, Police Say A man has been "substantial injured" after his girlfriend drove over him, according to Newville police. Police were dispatched to Vine Street on Sept. 10 around 3:45 p.m. Upon arrival they found, "a man who had sustained substantial injuries to his left arm, hip and right foot," police said in a statement on Thursday. Newville Emergency Medical Service treated the man at the scene. Shelley Noreika, 47, of Newville was arrested on Wednesday night. Three of her four adoptive children reported the abuse cited in this round of charges-- they were ages 6, 7 and 9 at the time of disclosing the abuse to police. Pennsylvania Dad Found Guilty Of Murdering 4-Month-Old Son A Newville man has been found guilty of the homicide death of his 4-month-old son, according to court records. Brian Wagner, 34, has been convicted of criminal homicide, aggravated assault, endangering the welfare of a child and third degree murder for the death of his son who died on July 6, 2017. When Wagner awoke that day, he found his son Finnick was not breathing. He called 911 and the boy was taken via ambulance to Carlisle Regional Medical Center before being flown to Hershey Medical Center where he was pronounced dead, according to court documents.
