Authorities have charged five men with robbing three separate victims of wristwatches – stabbing one of them – in two Bergen County towns, thanks to an arrest by Port Authority police. Two of the robberies occurred in broad daylight on River Road in Edgewater last fall, Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella said on Friday, March 1. Jillian Ludwig, the 18-year-old college student from New Jersey who was shot while walking on a track in Nashville earlier this week, has died, police said. Ludwig, a Belmar native, was in critical condition ever since Tuesday, Nov. 7, when she was struck by a stray bullet fired by 29-year-old Shaquille Taylor, who was shooting at a car from a public housing complex across the street, Metro Nashville police said.
