Marc J. Snead, of Vineland, was indicted for official misconduct on Wednesday, Nov. 8, according to the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office. On Friday, May 13, members of the Atlantic City Police Department’s Special Investigations Section conducted an investigation in the area of the Carver Hall Apartment complex.
